1. Scope
This policy describes the data practices of the Dr Kevin AI plugin package published by Kevin Moraes.
2. Independent data collection
The current Dr Kevin AI plugin package is skills-only. It does not include its own external MCP server, backend service, analytics service, payment system, or independent database. The plugin package therefore does not independently transmit conversation content to a developer-operated server.
3. Chat platform processing
Dr Kevin AI runs within the host chat platform. Information entered into the chat may be processed and retained by that platform according to the policies and settings applicable to the user's account. Users should review the host platform's privacy and data-control settings separately.
4. Patient information
Dr Kevin AI is intended for academic study using fully fictional examples. Users should not provide patient names, medical record numbers, government identifiers, phone numbers, addresses, or other information that directly identifies a patient. The plugin instructions are designed to discourage requesting or repeating such identifiers.
5. Data sharing by the publisher
Because the current plugin package has no developer-operated backend or independent storage mechanism, the publisher does not receive conversation content through a separate Dr Kevin AI server.
6. Retention and deletion
The current plugin package does not maintain an independent developer-controlled store of user conversations. Retention and deletion of chat data are governed by the host platform and the user's account settings.
7. Changes
If a future version adds an external service, account system, analytics, storage, or another integration, this policy must be updated before that functionality is publicly released.
